AmeN NoiR has emerged as a leading exponent of lyrical wizardry since the turn of the millennium with his debut album, “Emotions of the Soul.” He has currently produced to date a trilogy of self produced, self arranged and self distributed albums. “Rhythmical Reason”, & “Still…”, completing the set.
AmeN NoiR hit the scene running, causing established up & coming artist to recognise his arrival bringing something new, passionate, powerful & socially political. His dynamic dual ability of movement & presentation, coupled with his wizardry of words, separated him from many others and transported the newcomer to an established artist in no-time.
In 2001 his work was selected for a short film produced in Paris entitled, “Scenic Eye”, directed by Pierre Nussent.
AmeN NoiR is a Nationally & Internationally recognise artist with numerous years experience of performance and stage chorography. He has featured alongside various International artists including David Nelson [Last Poets], Michelle Escoffery [singer/songwriter] Joe [singer/songwriter] and also with Dead Prez [dynamic Rap duo] at the 1st ever Black History Week in Oslo, Norway.
AmeN has also represented the U.K in the first ever U.K vs U.S Lyrical Court, hosted by the current World Slam Champion 2005 & BBC3’s Spoken Word Champion, Kat Francois.
With his movement & chorography, it comes to no surprise to many that he is the Creative Manager/Director & founder of Vybe Dance Company established in 1997. With his extensive experience of stage chorography, AmeN also Chorographers’ and Directs for the internationally renowned group Best Kept Secret, consisting of 4 of London’s Dynamic Spoken Word artists.
AmeN is currently working on his 4th Album due for release late 2006 featuring some of London & Canada’s hottest Spoken Word artists, as well as featuring an assortment of selected exquisite vocalists.
